We accept exchanges
Exchanges policy
You can request the exchanges, only within 3 days after receipt of the goods.

If you want to exchange any product for other reasons, unlike manufacturing defects, the customer must pay the shipping and handling costs.
IMPORTANT: Contact the customer service department (813) 574-9902, so we can provide you with an authorization code when the package arrives at the warehouse.
All returns go through an inspection in the quality control department.
Where they determine if the product can not be accepted.
Keep that in mind:
The products must be returned with the original labels and the packing slip
The products can not be washed
No odors or stains
NO MONETARY REIMBURSEMENTS
